No Refund Policy

1. All sales are final
All purchases made with RealmGame Hosting are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been ordered, provisioned, activated, renewed, or delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Immediate provisioning
Because game server hosting resources are allocated and prepared immediately after purchase, all payments are treated as non-refundable.
2. Cancellations
Cancelling a service prevents future renewals if cancellation is completed before the next billing date, but cancellation does not create a refund for any payment already processed.
Renewals
Customers are responsible for cancelling services before the renewal date if they do not want the service to continue into the next billing cycle.
3. Chargebacks and disputes
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting RealmGame Hosting may result in immediate suspension or termination of services while the matter is reviewed.
Policy violations
No refund will be provided for accounts suspended or terminated because of abuse, unlawful activity, spam, attacks on the network, or breach of the Terms of Service.
